These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Contentsy, operated by Sude (“Application Developer”, “we”, “us”). By using Contentsy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

Contentsy helps Etsy sellers generate listing copy from product photos and optionally create draft listings in their own Etsy shop via the Etsy Open API. You must review all generated content and Etsy drafts before publishing.

Etsy connection

Connecting your Etsy shop requires OAuth authorization. You grant Contentsy permission only for the scopes shown during Etsy’s consent screen. You may disconnect at any time.

The term Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Your responsibilities

• You own or have rights to images and content you upload.
• You are solely responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, legality, and compliance with Etsy’s policies.
• AI-generated text may contain errors — always verify before publishing.
• You must comply with Etsy’s seller policies and applicable laws.

Fees

Contentsy may offer free trials or paid plans. Etsy does not charge you for API features we use on your behalf; any fees are between you and Sude only.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the app to list prohibited items or infringe intellectual property.
• Do not scrape Etsy or bypass the official Etsy API.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including OpenAI and Etsy. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those integrations.

Disclaimer of warranties

Contentsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, or Etsy approval of listings.

Etsy API warranty disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY SUDE (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sude is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of Contentsy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
